Good but not near to the beach road

It’s a apartment property managed by AHA, Neat and clean place very nicely managed but services are very slow, swimming pool and gym along with pool side bar is the point of attraction of this property.
Although rooms are smaller but well managed and linens are surprisingly clean as was not expected.

Stayed for 5months in few different rooms. The pool side is lot more quieter than Road sides.
In building B there is some sort of car repair shop next to it so some rooms are really noisy after 7-8am untill late.
There is also every month some weekend festival quite near and the music plays untill late on those days.

The complex is build just few years ago but allready had some humidity effects and maybe mold on some parts of every room i was in.

The rooms look quite nice and spacious, some of staff where really helpfull when had some problems with the rooms.
Aircon also works well. Location is in a 15-20min walking distance from the beach.

Generally a decent place to stay
Ok WiFi
The pool is ice cold though just a warning ????
Room cleaning services are good
And the location to places to eat like Nadia's kitchen isn't too far.

It's about a 15min walk from the beach and walking street but you can easily grab a cheap taxi or bhat bus if you want.

I've enjoyed my time here so far!

The place is nice. Too bad we didn't use the pool and the gym. It is located in the 3rd road so the location is kinda far if you go to their tourist places like Terminal 21, pier, Cabaret shows, etc. But baht bus and motorbike are accessible.

There was a dead bird in the room balcony, staff member said she couldn't do anything about it so i had to wait till next morning to get it removed, also you cannot smoke in the room or you'll get a 2000 baht fine, and cannot smoke even near the pool. The pool gym and bar were really nice tho, comfy beds too. 2 star rate is for the dead bird and the almost inexistent smoking areas.

I don't want to give you a star.
The worst service office ever.
I don't want to recommend the worst service.
Especially, the employees in the office were the worst.
There's been a loss, but their answer is we don't care.
and I can't sleep at night because of the noise.
If you want to watch a fight, I recommend it.
If you don't want to sleep, I recommend it.
I recommend it if you don't mind losing it.
