Brilliant staff. Clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day. Good location.

We had to extend our visas and the hotel prepped some of the paperwork we didn't know we needed!!

Definitely use again.

Lovely hotel only problem is there a construction site at the back of the hotel. So very noisy

Great location and rooms are clean although fairly small.
Staff are great
There is a charge for guests if they enter through the lobby so the service entrance from the underground car park is the way to get around this
Buffet breakfast is usually packed with guests. I recommend eating out if you want some peace and quiet
Pool is in shadow for most of the day so the water is brisk

This is not a dig at the hotel or the staff but this is just a genuine review. Hotel rooms need improvement, room was not well maintained. Room ‘cleaned’ and surfaces still not wiped down, they left my cup and spoon still with tea stains all other them. Pillows smelt horrendous. Unsafe wiring in our room with exposed wires on the multifunctional room lighting/air con controller. Housekeeping did not restock our shampoos/shower gel. Reception do not know English very well so very hard to communicate with. Lobby area is rather shabby in parts of the seating areas with run down worn carpet and yet again unclean surfaces. Location of hotel is pretty good but good luck crossing the road. Good for price paid but not really a 4 star hotel, more like 2.5 star hotel.
