Worst experience ever.
Being an indian the owner disrespect the indian tourist
They want to kill the tourist for being late for buffet.
Inccident happend on 16/08/2022
Lunch was sponsored by our company in this restaurant. The time was 2pm for lunch
But somehow me and my friends went late at 3:15 pm.
We went there and ask the owner for the lunch and asked the ques. That we are late but atleast the time period of lunch should be of two hours and we are just 1.15 min. Late
He shouted on us first then we asked why are you shouting and irritated then he said get out from my place
Then my friend shouted on him because we came from a reputated family and this kind of behaviour is not at all tolerable
Then he called his staff starting beating my friend with the hand , leg , stick .
Somehow we manage to bring him out from there but this kind of behaviour isnt tolerable
This happend with us next time it will be you.!
DO NOT RECOMENED THIS RESTAURANT!

Thare is no hospitality, I have been to this restaurant with my friends yesterday I.e 23rd Aug22 ,when me and my friends are having our lunch owner of Annapurna restro came to us and said that don't talk at my restaurant while eating,we got shocked by his statement one of my friend got irritated and asked him, that is not the way to talk to the customer,thare was an light argument happened with owner,He went to counter and bought big iron rod and called his workers from kitchen and threatened us very badly by closing shutter.it was very worst experience .we all are scared by owners rowdy behavior and went back to our schedule plan.

Pattaya police kindly look into this sot of issues,your corporation hilghly appreciated if u support foreigners.

Pls don't prefer this restaurant .

Very bad service worst service quality is very bad. Owner showting at customer in bad laungage only on indian customers my request to travel agents not to recommend this resturant bad quality bad service filthy laungage on customers the #Pattayapolice should take on this owner

Worst restaurant I never suggest this restaurant to anyone this is one of the very bad restaurant I have ever gone to behaviour is very arrogant and road he has done this kind of behaviour to many customers he went to beat many customers many has very bad opinion about this restaurant I never ever suggest this restaurant and even want to complain about this to Thai Government and this travel agency
