I am not sure why they said there is free trial. They were kind however they do not offer free trial at all. They gave you tour before they are telling the price and you just have to leave without trial.
They should not advertise free trial if they want to sales peach so hard like this.

They force you to wear a mask during all workouts, even intense cardio sessions where science has shown this to be dangerous u0026 the WHO (World Health Organization) recommends against it.

By the end of your workout, your mask is completely drenched in sweat, making it even more of a risk to catch bacteria or suffocate you during your work out.

Wish I could get a refund for my membership because of this.

It's a really nice and large gym; trainers are great and the courses are also really cool. I give 5 Stars for the people working there. Unfortunately, the Steam / Ice Room Area is a mess. The Steam-Room is stingy / smelly and the Ice-Room doesn't exist. You have to fix the Ice-Room and remove this AC (like from a meat packing factory) where cables are sticking out to the side, blowing wind in one direction. Nobody is using the ice room, because it isn't an ice room - This should be your TOP PRIORITY to fix it; if it's too expensive to fix it or run it with ice; don't offer it and lower the membership price.

Another annoying problem is that you have to wear a mask ???? all the time, even though you're vaccinated. There are 10 people inside the Pilates Room or 6 people next to each other on the treadmill for more than 30 Minutes - Wearing a mask will not prevent you from getting sick.

Cleaning and desinfecting training equipment is also not my responsibility as a paying member (80$ + a month).

I have been a member for 2 years and the Virgin Branches are getting worse and worse every month. Next year I'm going with Fitness First Platinum - Thank you.

I sincerely hope you fix all of the issues mentioned above, because at one point, Virgin Active in Bangkok was the absolute best gym in the city ????

Nice gym but nobody speaks english except the arrogant indian owner. Took them 1 hour to give me a price. No discount if you pay the whole year the first day. You need a credit card, because debit cards and cash are not accepted (first time i see that ahaha).

overall excellent service except for the chlorine smell starts at the floor prior to the place.
