Amazing property very conveniently located and providing top class service. Staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was extremely tasty and a large spread to appeal to a large population. Completely equipped with a great kitchen and laundry for visitors staying for a longer period

Excellent stay, great pool clean futuristic hotel. The service provided by Tai, Nook, Mr. Vee was unprecedented. They helped me track down my mobile phone, we're flexible on checkout and helped arrange transport to my next destination.

Very nice staffs from Tom, Nook, Laida, Tai ,A, New and Kea. The swimming pool is awesome and there’s shuttle bus everything a few minutes to the station. Lifesaver for the raining days in Bangkok!
However I do think the washing machine is a bit loud. Should have kept it in the cabinet to prevent the sounds.

Room good. But hairdry is too small power and 1 room only got 1. But is good got provide Tu Tu car send to some locations. ROOM clean and big. Worth to Stay .

Hotel and service are very nice. But staff of breakfast is not managed well. Dishes and cups are always very dirty, some staff is playing with game.

All was ok until the last day of my staycation around 12 midnight on the 18th of May.
A blackout happened which affected most hotel rooms .There was no power to charge my phones for my trip to the airport the next and there was no aircon for my rest as well.

Was told by hotel staff their staff are fixing the issue but have no news on when it would be fixed ( note there was no news from 12-230 am ) . Expected the hotel to have additional cable for my portable to charge my phone but they did not have it at all.

Hopefully there would be more contingencies in place should another blackout occur to inconvenience guests in future

Overall service was great and the hotel was clean. I enjoyed the pool as well. There are some downsides that I experienced (details below).

The elevators take forever everyday, being the slowest elevator I've experienced in 10+ bangkok hotels I've stayed. Usually takes 10-15 minutes to pick up something from the lobby and come back to the 15th floor.

The bed was so so. It is not uncomfortable, but also not as comfortable as other 4 star hotels.
