Okay for just over night. The room was quite small but okay for solo like me. The water heater was not working. Realized late that the bedsheet got stains. Toilet is not clean. Disgusted the whole time. The guys in the reception can’t speak english tho they are open 24 hrs so you can check in and check out anytime.

It’s a fair price, it’s cheap. I booked via Agoda, I tried to contact them, the phone number was unreachable both on the Agoda website and google information. I had to walk here to see if it’s still open, and the walkway here was so dark and scary, if you guys want to come, please take a motorbike taxi. As you see in the picture, I was trying to call the receptionist for 5 mins by knocking the door, he was paying attention to his game (I guess), he just ignored me ???? That’s kinda sad.
I will update the new number. Hopefully, it will help.

From my experience going to this hotel there are clearly a few issues. The rooms were very small, the area is very remote and doesn't contain a food stall / 7/11 for a while.
another issue encountered was one of the two rooms rented was having major air conditioning problems on a hot day, of course, and it took staff over two hours to respond to our complaint and sent someone from the front desk without any knowledge of how to fix broken appliances to fix it, which of course want badly and caused more damage to the air conditioning . We had to wait over 5 hours, overall, to have the air conditioning fixed.
The positives of this hotel, however, it contained a very peaceful and beautiful environment with very friendly guests and nice, hardworking staff trying to fix issues, after the wait, of course. The stay could have been better if equipment and hotel were more up to date and prepared for certain situations.
Honestly, I wouldn't really recommend staying here unless you're aiming for the 'cheap' option and are only staying for a day or two. Personally, I wouldn't come to this hotel again and recommend reconsidering your choices, even just a little bit.

First of all, disappointed in rooms. Very dirty with VERY THIN walls. You can hear your neighbor breathe while he sleeps. Toilet smells like there been a flood.
Pool doesn’t have any light. Not comfortable to swim in dark water.
And the last, our first choice of M Resort Pool Villas Ekkamai, which by the way was clean and nice, was cancelled because of the sewage problems and we were transferred to this tremendous place.
Also, if you want to leave your luggage for couple days, don’t bother, no one will look after it, because apparently they don’t work on weekends. Main reason is still mystery for me.

In conclusion, this place doesn’t worth your money. Better to spend same price, but at hostel, because noise from your dorm room will be the same as in this private room.

We’ve had a terrible experience. We booked a room and when we Arrived to the hotel we found out they had cancelled that room and had booked another and much more expensive room for us (+400 baths, without notice). They charged us the expensive price saying they didn’t cancel the reservation but us did. The room they gave us was a disaster, didn’t have light and the bathroom was flooded. We asked for a change and gave us another room which wasn’t flooded but still was far from what we expected. Moreover, the hotel is 1h away from the center. Such a disappointment overall.

Bad hospitality. Almost missed my flight because the receptionist does not pass back our passport which they hold during check-in. They should have return to me when I paid and checkout. Their attitude is so bad, talking to you without looking at you. Show zero respect to guest. It's a big NO NO. I stayed at much better place before.

Good because:

1. I got 1 private room for 3 people with an attached bathroom like I wanted at a lesser price. The room actually could house 5 people.

2. There was soap near the washbasin and in the shower.

3. Water bottles and coffee inside the room is complimentary.

4. There's a fridge inside the room.

5. The room was cleaned and bottles of water plus coffee sachets were replenished everyday, all complimentary.

6. There's a small coffee house nearby which opens at 10 am offering breakfast - bread and omelette at very affordable prices.

7. There are malls at walking distance: McDonald's at 'century the movie plaza' is open 24 hours.

8. Taxis and motorbike taxis are available near the malls.

Bad because:

1. Receptionist did not pick up the phone at all. When I reached there, he said phone is broken.

2. The receptionist asked for 1000 thai Baht deposit just in case we damage anything, even though we had already prepaid the hotel reservation.

3. There's no complimentary breakfast because there's no restaurant.

4. There's no electricity generator. We experienced one power cut throughout our 4 day stay which extended for more than 1.5 hours.

5. One night we were disturbed by rats making a lot of noise.

6. The swimming pool is 4 metres long and 2 metres wide. You cannot swim in it.

7. The first time it was very difficult to find the hotel. Please use Google maps. From 'century the movie plaza' mall and resident hotel; there's a small road which goes inside the residential area. After you go in that road, immediately take a left turn. If u miss it, you are stuck in 20 minutes traffic to come back to the same road.
