Over the course of multiple visits I have learned that this restaurant is led by a young Taiwanese entrepreneur who has made use of his family recipes and cooking skills he has acquired to set up a great menu with diverse choices. Not only are there excellent food choices of fantastic quality and exquisit taste, but the cocktails and other drink options are pristine. The service is always on point never leaving the customers unsatisfied. If there is something wrong they will make sure to improve to the customers satisfaction. This is the place to go if you want to have remarkable food in central bangkok.

Newly opened restaurant. Menu has most of the signature taiwanese dishes. Taste is great. Highly recommend braised beef noodle which is chewy and tender.
Owner could speak english, thai and chinese well. Will definitely come back to try others.

More than yummy, it's also creative project and a hub for Taiwan culture and meeting new friends. "HOJA" means "yummy" in Taiwanese Hokkien Dialect. It's another new project from the same owner Eugene of Taiwan YES! Restauraut. The restaurant is located in the middle of Soi Sukhumvit 33, with obvious backstage style lighting, easy to find. The interiro design widely used bright yellow as theme color, with hand-drawn murals and Logo design by onwer himself, producing nostalgic Taiwanese and modern concept.

Menu and food are very presentable and yummy. The concept of this shop is bit like "Izakaya" where people come, eat, meet, drink, talk, and social. This new shop also has many beer, drink and wine options, so a part of menu are actually good to pair with drinking, e.g. deep fried, snacks, etc. Singnature: Taiwanese beef noodle.

Owner is a hard-working and friendly gentleman with strong enterpreneur spirit and is very easy-going to talk to, and can speak at least Thai, English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. Would like to come back! At the back of the shop you may find Taiwanese food and seasoning product, and some mugs to sell too. Not a very big shop, only have 4-6 tables inside and al fresco. Better ask if can reserve if you plan to come here say Friday night.

I’m so impressed with the food they offer at Hoya!!! Everything we ordered were full of flavour and so yum!!!
The beef in beef noodle is so tender and the soup had just right spiciness. The shao ron po was so juicy which the flavour just exploded in the mouth . Cucumber with garlic was also very tasty and perfect with beer!
The bao was also very fluffy while the meat inside was very tender- my kids loved this. The chicken with vegetables were a bit spicy and a tad oily but we really liked it also.

The restaurant was pretty small and Cody yet very trendy. The staff were also attentive and friendly. We definitely go back there when we miss Taiwanese food!

Authentic and delicious high quality everyday Taiwanese food. Newly opened for just a few months. It's The next best thing to going to Taiwan. The beef noodles is highly recommended. It's Just like the really good ones in Taiwan (except there's no garlic on the table like some places). There are a lot of other authentic Taiwanese dishes that I will try next time. Owner chef Eugene studied fashion design in New York City and the store front is in eye catching and hip yellow color. All the 5 star reviews can't be wrong. I am sure this place will be doing gangbusters business and be the talk of the town once the pandemic is under control. Also it has lots of Taiwanese fancy drinks teas alcoholic and non alcoholic, whiskey etc. (I would love to see Taiwanese music videos in the store lol)

The best Taiwanese food in Bangkok. Limited selection of dishes, but every one dish being served has the authentic the best taste you can have in Taiwan. The staff and the owner are super friendly. They also serve alcohol and cocktails. A+++ can’t ask for more
