One of the best 5 star hotel in Bangkok. Situated in a very posh area of Bangkok, which is called Thong Lo. It's very near like two BTS station away from the Nana plaza. They have like all the facilities and beautiful view are there from their rooms. Rooms are very well maintained, specially the washroom they are very clean and comfortable to use. They have a comfortable safe to keep your personal belongings. They will provide you umbrella, hair dryer other toiletries and cosmetics items and also water, Coke, juice and snacks are complementary with the room rent. Their restaurant is awesome and the food tastes really good. Very much delighted with my two nights stay at their hotel.

Excellent hotel with a great location. Overall very satisfied and will visit again.

The lobby delivers outside food for you, and that's very convenient. Elevators and lobby wait time is reasonable (not too long). Shower water pressure is reasonable.

The bed is a bit hard, but not bad. Bathtub is so-so. The lighting in the room can be too bright and harsh at night

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

This hotel is trying to be a luxurious first-class hotel, but its desperate efforts are both visible and a disaster. The efforts are quite limited to the surface, with no real substance, including service quality. Originally Centre Point is a normal brand of serviced apartments, and I had expected such apartment-like comfortable facilities and services, but while the facilities are those of a pretentious hotel, the level of service is on par apartments. The imbalance makes for a very uncomfortable experience here.
Grand Centre Point will be remembered as a brand that failed miserably because it didn’t know how to stand on its own feet.

Great hotel, clean and beautiful with excellent customer services. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed there for 4 nights on 29 floor with spectacular view. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice and the service is good. However, I called the concierge to call me a taxi and they tried to charge me 2000 Baht. They were obviously trying not to fool me and give me this reasons why it cost $60. I didn’t like that at all, so moral of the the story. Even though its a hotel, some of the workers will try to take advantage, so just go outside and call it by yourself because it only cost 150 baht to where I was going at the time.

I stay here now… second time in two months. Staff went out of their way to facilitate my request. Everything is top quality, facilities are great, five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Will stay again. Thank you ????

The hotel is clean, and amazing, the rooms are spacious, however i hated the fact that their sound insulation isnt great, i stayed for two nights over the weekend and the noise from the bars/clubs downstairs is annoying and it goes on till about 1:30AM. My room was on the 19th floor on the northern side of the building. I really think they should do something about the noise insulation.
