The lady at the reception is very rude and she asked us to leave if we don’t like the way she talks. Never seen this bad customer service anywhere else. Ended up going to JW Marriott and immediately saw the difference people were welcoming and smiling makes u like the country and it’s people

I stayed in one of the worst hotel ever, bad service- rood receptionists. The kitchen was dirty, and we found a Rat in it. The pineapple juice was spoiled not good for a human to drink, the receptionist Mr VIK was very rood and upset all the time. No smile on his face. I checked on the hotel on 11-08-2022 till 24-08-2022

Nobody picks phone. Ask for one thing, they give another. And the in-charge is not cooperative. Don't come here. A few staffs keep apologizing but the in-charge sucks.
