I’ve been using this dog park for a year. We have constantly sent our dog into the dog park for extended periods of time, expecting a high level of care because this is one of the most expensive dog parks in Bangkok. When she first started going there, the staff at the park said that she was very friendly.

By the third time we sent her in for a long stay, she had received a gash about 1mm away from her eyes. We requested that she be separated from whichever dogs were too rough and caused the injury.

We noticed in a video of her playing during her stay that the staff grabbed her and dragged her away from another dog. When we asked why, they said she was being too rough. We thought it was reasonable to expect that other dogs who were also “too rough” would be separated from her as well. We let the first injury slide and sent her back to the hotel again.

She was bitten and cut again on the same eyelid, this time there was no space between the injury and her eye. She could’ve lost her eye. The staff at the dog park just shrugged at us when asked what happened. We had already requested that extra care be taken to prevent another injury. If staff step in to protect other dogs when she is being “too rough,” we expect the same action to be taken to protect our dog as well. They did not do so, they claimed to have no idea what happened and that this was completely normal! I didn’t realize that this was the kind of ‘dog park’ where injuries sustained to eyes were the norm. We won’t be returning again after the second injury and discrimination against our dog. She could have lost her eye despite this being one of if not the most expensive dog parks in Bangkok.

We have been here for dogpark/ daycare/ hotel.

They are great with dogs. Great staff team. I have seen them separate dogs before fights happen, not my dogs—-but it makes me feel safe putting my babies in their care! Safe for ???? dogs and shows that staff knows what they are doing!
Clean place. They have plastic grass which gets clean everyday~ and means less bugs.

We are a regular here!

Nice facilities. Very affordable for the basic services/facilities. The restaurant can be a bit expensive depending on the cuisine.

it was ok cuz too crowded sometimes. a bit pricey for yearly package cuz u need to pay each time anyways.

Spacious and Friendly Staff! This is really the place to be if you are looking for a space to relax and let your dogs socialize. The staff is very knowledgable and kind. The place is divided up nicely between pet-zone and diner-zone. Very neat and clean. Highly recommended for all.

An amazing place to bring your dog for a day or longer stay, meet other owners, and chill out. Only downside is that the cafe attached to the dog park is on the pricey side and has bad coffee, but I wouldn’t knock a star off for that.

We moved to Bangkok in June 2019 and have been bringing our dog (Eden) here at least once a week in the last few months. She even stayed at the Dog Park Hotel for over 3 weeks throughout July and had a fantastic time.

No other place (that we’ve found) provides the service that Dog Park 49 does. Their daycare and hotel offerings give your dog plenty of chance to play and socialise, and to keep you at ease you’ll get plenty of photo/video updates. And with a free shower every few days, as well as a nightly clean up, I’m pretty sure they did a better job of looking after Eden than we do usually!

I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you have a dog in Bangkok, you need to come here.

Normal I am not a person who is good in reviewing. I have been so many times in dog park and I always bring customer there.in Aug 22 at 1.30 pm. I bring client and they stay there more then 2 hours. So I am parking my car in parking space and I need a stam for my parking ticket . I went to ask the lady who working in dog park information. When she see me sames she is mad for something???? I ask her to stam in my parking ticket she just unhappily do that then security guard tell me I have stam 1 more times for 2 hours so I need one more stam. I go there again u0026 she just ignore it and she just swipe the stam on my ticke it's just like a rude mode u0026 throwing it. You can see in the photo its even not clearly. I just want to ask to the management. We all work and try to earn and make our living. Please be polite to the customers. Or just well behavior is make other person feel batter. If you are bored your job. You can leave the job. And I am looking for management to focus on it couse. They put someone in business who is not well behavior
