the areas are nice and clean, lots of alcohol gel. The doctors are good but one thing need to improve is the nurse, they should put a smile on their face!

Doctor was good. But I will suggest please don't buy medicine from the counter tell them to prepare the bill excluding medicine . They r taking four times more the cost than original . Buy the medicine from the local shop . Even though the doctor or nurse say that this medicine is from Germany and u can't get the original from local medicine shop. Don't believe. Just go to local medicine shop especially the one near rangsit taladthai , a big shop. Very reliable and cost is affordable.

This is one of the worst hospital around in term of reception and service. Tried calling them after 7am in the morning to get the result of a test done the day before and the number of times you were passed around until the connections were cut. Very frustrating talking to the receptionists who do not seem to be customer or patient focused at all and do not know how to ensure proper response to external calls or requests. Had to go the hospital physically to meet up with the doctor to obtain status.

This is the WORST hospital I have ever experienced. Services with bad attitude from front desk, Nurses and doctor. Nurses were so busy with their own phone and always say things sarcastically to us. The waiting was the way too long, they keep saying 15 mins, 30 mins but it is more than 1 hour (with no queue)
Don’t waste the time coming here.
Government hospital is way better.

Can this hospital instruct the nurses doing Triage NOT TO ask so many questions when taking blood pressure readings? Or ask questions only after the blood pressure is taken? So that we will not get an incorrect reading because of the annoying attitude! Please learn to shut up during blood pressure measurement.

So far so good, given that the caused which triggered the decision to have my mother being transfered over from Bumrungrad Hospital, was from the acts of transgression by the staffs from various departments on various occasions over the past few months (All of which, I would rather not go onto details for the sake of this review), had been silky smoothed and done over rather well. The early observation has concluded that the overall staffs have focused their attentions on the patients' needs and not on the amount of cash their walked in with.

Why you shouldn't go to this hospital :

- the admission room are small and looked old ( for an expensive new hospital)
- the staff for care during the night are sleeping
- a birth medical certificate cost 680 THB...
- for a child birth, they didn't give your baby after the birth during all your admission, the mother tired has to moved to the nursery if she want meet and give milk to the baby. They say it's because the admittance rooms are mixed with different care and the baby could get a sickness.
- you enter with a headache, you exit with 10 000THB bill with paracetamol ( no neurologist in this hospital)
I can go on and on ...
My global review, they take care much better your money that the customers.
