The place has a pungent smell, black mold on the walls, AC not working, checked out after an hour, after trying 3 different rooms. Hotel refused to issue a refund. Stay away

service and location are good. I reached Leam Chabang at around 4 in the morning by very rough flight and need some rest for 6-7 hours. first i choose another hotel but they denied for giving room, so i moved to the Hotel TOP View, I feel very comfortable with checking B'coz hotel staff is very helpful and my checking was very smooth i get perfect room.

The location and service was amazing. the place is good for couple, Business Person and solo traveler.

Clean and tidy just builded hotel,if you don't want to stay to close to the crowded Pattaya this place it's perfect!
Staff kind and professional very nice assortment for breakfast buffet.

Nice clean and good food, polity staff , room very new and all confort available and good position just before pattaya, so can save room money and near to the open zoo

Just a day. Wide and clean room. Not allow to smoking inside hotel. Breakfast low standsrd.
