Horrendous experience at this place.
Tom the GM contacted me the day before to offer me a free upgrade to a Superior Suite and Cable TV channels.
When we arrived there was no hot water, first he told me a technician would come in the afternoon to fix. Then he said he was not available.
There was no member of staff available to help me to switch the TV language to English.
Then Tom said, if your not happy, take your money back and checkout.
Disgraceful customer service and the place needs a good clean.
Corridors are dirty.
We checked out and booked in to a lovely clean hotel with full working facilities.
Avoid Sriracha Residence.
They only want your money.

Service is excellent. Room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and tasty. I stay in suit room with separated kitchen, living room / dining area, bedroom, and walk-in closet. Bathtub is provided. Water flows good. Wifi is good. Netflix is avail in bedroom. TV screen is big. Microwave, rice cooker, boiler, pan, pot, chopping board, electric oven, and all kitchen utensils are fully provided. Balcony is so big and good to take view of the city. I could not find any flaw in this hotel, really. Overall, it's worth for money. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again.

Nice and calm place to stay. Close to Pacific park ( Robinson ) around 150 meters from hotel.
Silent area and spacies rooms equipped with kitchenette.

Helpful staffs and owner.
Breakfast organized and snacks filled from 7/11.
Spacies parking area and almost the hotel is neat and calm.

It’s located near Robinson Sriracha, 3 mins walk. The room is big and clean, and there is a pantry with microwave and kettle. The owner is very polite and helpful. We had a room service with American breakfast in the first morning, and had continental breakfast with Starbucks muffins in the second morning. The complimentary is Aura mineral water!

Nice 1 bedroom apartments. Kitchen, huge Samsung TV series 7 with Netflix. New apartments. Shopping center 2 minutes walk. At time of writing only 700 baht a night.
