Chic room style, nice view on both sea view and park view from 18fl. Great location.

I have an access to the lounge which serve great selection of happy hour food from 5-7pm. A nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Breakfast selection is great!

The roof top is a must to be in at night to get a romantic view! Love the special cocktail that made from pineapple/hot sauce.

I have two comments: 1)it is about snack at the lounge access, it should have more than cookies, coffee and soda during the day.
2)it takes a while for the hot water to kick in for warm shower. 3)It seems to be a confusion about private speedboat time and price to go to Sri Chung Island! A little brochure of detail explanation will be nice so I do not need to rely on information from concierge!

Great view from our room if that is all you want. The room was good in size. However the bathroom is not to my taste. Shower, toilet and sink are separted by 1 way mirror. I like privacy so did not want someone to be able to see out, even if just laying around on bed. Service was good. Parking good, lift to floor.

Read this one before you book. One of the worst experiences in this high price range hotel.

We went to Sichang island, 3 days 2 nights.

1. Water heater is broken. We don't have a warm shower during our 2-nights stay at your hotel. This is something mandatory to have even a 2-star hotel, no?

2. Room is not ready. There is no small towel and the room was messy.

3. Wrong information is given for ferry service. There have been several inquiries about the ferry, two times due to phone before we arrived, another once we arrive at the island. Price was wrong, time was wrong, and all information is wrong.

4. Wrong information is given about your car service. We traveled during 2-5 May which is not your high-season period. According to this time, your hotel bus is always sitting still in front of the hotel. It was asked several times if we can have your service for checking out, delivering to the port, or even picking us up from the port. This was known later that it is available but your staff DENIED to service in our stay.

Great view! Location is very convenience but it also faces a bit traffic jams during peak hours. Staffs are nice. Room is spacious and clean.

Room is good, but the shared facilities like pool and gym are relatively small. For the breakfast buffet, it’s not what the hotel is rated. Feel like two or three star hotel.

hotel is located face to the ocean but at sriracha side, there is no beach. However overall experience is exceptional. the view from sea-view room is unbelievable and so romantic.

Overall experience is good. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Good location and new building. I travel alone so don’t have any problems with bathroom. Nice and friendly staff, especially the staff at the sky-bar. I also love the loyalty letter with hand signature found in the room. However, I have a few comments as follows.

1. The receptionist is nice. I got 2 keycards but one of them didn’t work and I needed to contact the lobby again to fix it. The keycard thing happened to me twice already with accor hotels.

2. Called the room service for water fill (my second day) but didn’t get anything after 2 hrs of waiting. Needed to call them again.

3. Handed my accor card to the staff at gourmet bar to get the discount, but he didn’t calculate any discount and asked me to sign for the full payment (my member card was still in his hand at that time and he knew about member discount). Needed to remind him again to recalculate.

4. Several dishes/menu in restaurants/bars run out of. Happened to me three times already within a day. It happened too often and not normal in my opinion.

However, I am satisfied with the overall service and my experience is good.
