Location-wise it is excellent. Central Sriracha, Mum Aroi restaurant, and the sea (no beach) is just a short walk away. Front desk staff here are very friendly and always ready to help however the hotel still fails in many aspects in terms of being a hotel. The room is so so. Large and spacious but there are some strange design choices. I don't understand why the balcony door had curtains but the large window next to the bed had vertical blinds which let lots of light in. Good luck to those who want to get up late after the sun rises. The mattress is on the hard side. Only one (not particularly fluffy) pillow per person on a queen size bed. The blanket was nice. Bed sheets were extremely thin and cheap looking. Looks like the room was designed for having only one person staying: one small desk suitable for working, one chair, one set of tableware, glassware...etc. Housekeeping is probably where this hotel fails because there should have been 2 sets of everything. On the second day the towels smelt terrible like they weren't dried properly and we had to ask for a new one. They didn't even clean the glasses for us. These comments were made with other hotel/serviced apartment type of establishments in mind. This place is ok but I would have probably been willing to pay a little more to get a better designed room.
