Nice and friendly service in Japanese style
The room is big enough for 2 people with relaxing in-room music. The bed is comfortable. Not much for the views since the hotel is surrounded by local houses.
The dine-in service for breakfast and dinner are awesome , Gyoza is surprisingly delicious. However, the hotel space including parking space, facilities are a bit too small when there are a lot of visitors during the weekends.

First time stay in this hotel for 2 days(28 - 30 July), the room is OK and the location also good, but on the second day I hang the signage on the door for make up the room then going out on noon, when I back to my room 4 hours later, the room remains same, nothing clean up I go down to reception ask for room cleaning, they tell me waiting around 20 minutes, but after half hour I wait in the room no any house keeping staff or cleaning lady coming then I go out to corridor and found house keeping staff to help, at the end I give up the room cleaning just change the bath towel and garbage bin bag.
Hotel management not systematic enough AND all the staff need more train up
P. S: the guard staff of parking area working attitude its good and polite enough

The hotel imitates the Japanese-style ambience and experience. The Japanese Tatami room is ok though in terms of decoration and in-room facilities. Service is so so as I am required to take all of my baggage and belongings to the room by myself. There is no luggage service, obviously. The worst part of my stay was that the pub u0026 bar in front of the hotel started to play loud music from early evening till almost midnight!! I travelled with two kids and they could not have a good sleep until they turned off the music. I don't know if other guests have this problem because I realized that our room was towards the front-end of the hotel, close to the street and the pubu0026bar just on the opposite.

Booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Quite impressive. Almost perfect stay, except slow services (meals and check-in counter). Need more staff during holidays.

Japanese hotel in Sriracha city. Convenient location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Onsen and massage chairs are so relaxing. Parking available. I would recommend the Japanese Tatami room which is more spacious and nice decoration. The hotel also provides Yukata dress for photos. The only con I found was the food options were quite limited.

Room is OK. The width of each twin bed is 80cm. Breakfast is minimal. Wifi is OK.

The hotel is located on business area. It's near shopping mall and market.
The hotel is a Japanese business hotel style. If you think of Japan, resting at Hotel Kuretekeso Sriracha will make you feel like staying in Japan.
