A nice hotel with a bit strange location in a way, on one side it is container port and the other side a Thai small city. On the other side of the road there is a park. The hotel have a nice swimming pool area. You can do laps here 25m. I went here because I wanted to relax and quiet and found it. If I want it again I will stay here again.

Great place for short stays.
Excellent service crew.
Especially the breakfast service crew were very prompt in serving me.
Breakfast buffet was so so only as Im seeing the same buffet dishes during my 10 days of stay.
Roof top bar was also a cosy place to chill out after dinner.

Stayed in one bed room suite, spacious room with fridge, microwave, electric stove with cooking pot. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking spaces available. Large fitness room.
Breakfast buffet is average (compared to other Holiday Inn like Rayong or Vana Nava) nothing to write home about. Took awhile for food items to be refilled, Bacon was out of order that morning!! (Like seriously ? This is the most basic item for breakfast but the hotel let it went out of order)

+ Nice hotel and service. I stayed in suite room, comfort. All necessary things are ready in a room, including microwave, refrigerator. Coffee shop is available on Lobby floor. Lobby has big space. Massage, fitness room, kids club are located on 8th floor. Dinner buffet is good for seafood and not expensive. Breakfast has a lot of choices, it' better than other holiday inn.

- Breakfast is crowded. Many menu was left to empty and have to wait for a while to refill. The location is not near sea, no seaview.

This is a first time for this hotel for me, very impression for the room which I never see in other Holiday Inn as this hotel it might do the same as service apartment as well which is great. Around the hotel is very convenient as it has a lot of restaurant. All staffs are very nice. The room is new as it a new hotel. The food was good. I will come back definitely

Bad experienced for food service at hotel.

Seafood buffet - wait 40 mins for my order / the order wasn’t served to our table. We needed to get our order at the grill station by ourselves. However, the grilled squid and scallop were overdone.

This is my second time visiting this hotel. The bedroom was nice and clean as always. The bed was very comfortable with 2 types of pillows provided, firmed and soft pillows. Breakfast was ok, but, if possible, improve coffee bean would help make coffee taste much better. Hotel’s decoration is quite nice, but the stairs to the gym, in my opinion, wasn’t really match with nearby decoration and also dark spot and some dirt presented on almost every step of the stairs (changing stairs material would solve the problem). The reception staff were very friendly and welcome. The staff at HUB coffee shop was very polite and helpful.
