Accommodation was acceptable for the price we paid (our original reservation was a twin-bed but once we got there, it had been given away so got upgraded to a premium with a supposedly "SEA View"). However, customer service to get a receipt for company reimbursement was non-existent by Agoda, OYO Rooms and the property management. Each party kept saying that the other party was responsible for issuing a receipt. The hotel owner would not issue a receipt of the full price we paid, citing that he would only issue a receipt for 35% of he was getting paid by OYO. Wasted an hour at the reception to NOT get matter finalized. Agoda promised to handle the matter. BUT DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE - the owner does not understandthe concept of hospitality and was exceptionally condescending to us when "trying" to clear the issue. We are supposedly too ignorant to understand why we can't get a receipt for the total amount of money we paid for.
