I have booked a total of 3 rooms in the past weekend. The experience was incredibly horrible. The rooms were not ready at 3pm (check in time), we waited for 1 hour to only get one room checked in. One of the room on forth floor is facing an abandon camp site which became a home for stray dogs. They barked and howled most of the night, our two friends didn't get much rest at all. We have actually requested for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor but the hotel couldn't manage their schedule resulting in all late check in and rooms weren't ready.

The drain in a shower room doesn't work properly, resulting in flooding! Water came out of the shower room (even with door tightly closed) making a big puddle all over the bathroom floor (danger hazard).

They ask guests to pick out a time for breakfast (they have four time slots available). When we arrived, we have been notified that the only times they have left were 6.15 and 10.15. Constantly, a restaurant employees are walking around to tell people that you only have 1 hour to eat. This is outrageous. We paid a good amount of money to have a weekend get away with family. I don't need people to rush us through. There are plenty of space in a restaurant.

The pool is way smaller than the pictures that shown on the website. No towels available near the pool. You have to ask for it at a food counter before you enter a pool area. We have asked for 3 towels but the hotel employee tried to negotiate if we can just take two?!? This place suppose to be a pretty high end hotel but I am shocked of with a low quality of services. I have talked to a manager, he can only offer us an on-zen voucher and it has to be used at this hotel. No thanks, we will not return and I recommend staying away from this hotel. Not worth the money.

I was here on weekdays, pretty quiet and clams. I was bough coupon from 9.9 Promotions it’s superb good!!!!

Hospitality staffs, nice ,friendly ,helpful service.

I was booked 2 rooms and the hotel gave us a connecting room!! It’s splendid!!
Room is cosy and comfortable.

Kid pools is the best!! Good scenery, beach front but can’t get into the beach
Only sit and relax on the beach chairs.

Highly recommend for Family Groups.

Nice clean rooms.

Good breakfast selection, however we had to go at certain time which was understandable as the hotel was busy during the long weekend and the restaurant was not big enough.

We enjoyed our private Onsen session. It was very nicely decorated, clean and well kept, exceeded our expectation.

Staff were very polite, attentive with good service mind.

Small hotel, parking lot in the hotel is not enough for all guests rooms, the cars must park another outdoor area away from the hotel and get golf cart to commute. Poor service; the facilities cannot accommodate all guests when fully booked. Amenities has not been checked perfectly by house keeper. Room for four guests but there are two toothbrushes. Bathing gown are torn with a big whole. Rubber slippers are not cleaned again after being used by prior guests.

I wanted to have a short escape from Bangkok and booked this hotel based on the Centara's name u0026 pictures as well as reviews from previous guests. I should have read it all, especially all those 1-2 star review.

Staying during long holiday and paid THB 3,6** for Deluxe room type, which consider expensive compared to what you get. The room has no view but an abandoned land site to look. This is beyond hotel's control anyway. But if you book this hotel, be sure to ask for a better side.

The room layout is odd u0026 small and so small that cannot provide a sofa or bench in the bedroom. Only one chair provided in the room. Otherwise at the balcony where they provide 2-chair u0026 coffee table furniture set.

The facilities i.e. pools, gym, lobby basically everything was so small and limited.

The parking was also limited, too limited and could not accommodate all guests. Though, the hotel provides outside parking spaces, it is approximately 500 metre away from hotel and it's dark at night. Guests had to use a carpool service from parking-hotel-parking. This is very inconvenient u0026 takes time.

When the hotel could not have a beach to walk on, it should be compensated with a better facilities so that guest can enjoy staying in the hotel. But you can't find both here.

The toilet tissue provided in the restroom was also in poor quality.

Moderate selection of breakfast menu.
Comfy bed.
Cleanliness could be better. I found some hair drop on floor upon entering the room.

Should improve in many aspects if would like to rate themselves a 4-star hotel!!!

Nevertheless, staffs were good and welcoming.

Nice and cosy beach front hotel with great food at affordable price. Roomy with necessary facilities. Have small water park for kids. Nice photo corner at beach. Good service staff, may need some reminder. Rooms with bathtub available. Recommend for couples, big family.

This hotel is new and clean. The room feels a little bit like a condominium rather than a hotel the decoration is beautiful however the smaller bedroom in the two-bedroom room type doesn’t have a television. The kid’s pool is large and fun. The deeper adult pool is big enough for a good exercise and there are also jacuzzi which is quite nice. The restaurant on the 8th floor has amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast is extensive and delicious.

The hotel is not very big. The view is not the best since you will be looking at a lot of large cargo ships. The beach is useless.
