I have booked a total of 3 rooms in the past weekend. The experience was incredibly horrible. The rooms were not ready at 3pm (check in time), we waited for 1 hour to only get one room checked in. One of the room on forth floor is facing an abandon camp site which became a home for stray dogs. They barked and howled most of the night, our two friends didn't get much rest at all. We have actually requested for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor but the hotel couldn't manage their schedule resulting in all late check in and rooms weren't ready.
The drain in a shower room doesn't work properly, resulting in flooding! Water came out of the shower room (even with door tightly closed) making a big puddle all over the bathroom floor (danger hazard).
They ask guests to pick out a time for breakfast (they have four time slots available). When we arrived, we have been notified that the only times they have left were 6.15 and 10.15. Constantly, a restaurant employees are walking around to tell people that you only have 1 hour to eat. This is outrageous. We paid a good amount of money to have a weekend get away with family. I don't need people to rush us through. There are plenty of space in a restaurant.
The pool is way smaller than the pictures that shown on the website. No towels available near the pool. You have to ask for it at a food counter before you enter a pool area. We have asked for 3 towels but the hotel employee tried to negotiate if we can just take two?!? This place suppose to be a pretty high end hotel but I am shocked of with a low quality of services. I have talked to a manager, he can only offer us an on-zen voucher and it has to be used at this hotel. No thanks, we will not return and I recommend staying away from this hotel. Not worth the money.
