Good place, came here with some relatives and their children. Plenty of activities for them to do, while the adults relaxed. Might be a bit rowdy since a lot of people that come have children with them as well. Would definitely recommend if you have children that like to play

When wanna stay with families, this hotel might be quite match.
There are some activities for play like playground, simulator golf, swiming pool. Within all day, you can play without going out.

-The reception is quite wide and clean. The staff are quite friendly and nice. After parking, there is a service to carry stuffs by electrical car. Of course, you can ride on too.

-At the back side from reception, small coffee area is located and you can order some drinks with free.

-The restaurant area is good. However, the inside access is narrow at some part especially to pass through eating space from serving space. Except this point, another are quite nice. There are kids chair by two types.

-The room service is also good. I ordered room service and the stuff carrried meals to room even ordered around 9PM. However, the dishes kept infront of door after eating even called to reception to pick up. This is one of point to improve.

Anyway, the services and quality is acceptable for family tour. I will book this hotel on next time too.

Fun: 38/40
It was pretty fun. There are a lot of facilities, like the hot tub, swimming pool, laser fight, harborland, etc.
Decoration: 15/20
Honestly, I don't think this is a hotel suited for decorations. It is more of playing, for kids.
Cleanliness: 19/20
This is a really clean hotel. Apart from very little specs of dust, pretty much everything is perfect. Definitely give this hotel a visit if you like clean places.
Kindness: 20/20
Everything is pretty good. The workers are kind and like to help us, and lots of stuff are free, even the playing! I remember when I want to play lazer at other places, my mom had to pay about 1000baht or $30USD, which is too expensive. But here, It is 1000 but you take the 1 out. Completely free.
Total: 92/100
Overall, this is a good hotel. Prices are reasonable and there are lots of good facilities. I would recommend this hotel, if you are wondering to go or not.
96-100: 5star high end section which is a perfect place to spend all your time and go every summer
92-95: 5 star which is definitely worth a visit on your free time and a good place to revisit
85-91: 4 star which is pretty good and you should go
77-84: 3 star which is decent and you can choose to go or not
73-76: 2 star but still barely acceptable
70-72: 2 star and it's not ok
60-69: 1 star and you should not pay a visit
0-59: 1 star and you should probably try to avoid it at all costs
So 92 is 5-star

Toilet has no door , Laser gun game is fun , Mini harborland is best for kids
, Air con blows directly to your forehead. anything else I have no comment

Perfect place for family with kids.
Many activities such as Laser Wars, Mini Harbourland and Pool.

Room is clean and comfortable.

Great for family vacation. Many activities with good experience,
Soft play center for children,
Lazer Wars : booking before play/ 15mins per round -- super active game for everyone (age 4+ or 100cm+))
Pool with air sliders + safe guards all day,
Real Japanese On-Sen, Gym, outdoor playground.
Kindly staffs. Great breakfast international buffet.

I went there a few years ago before the COVID-19 breakdown. The room is clean and neat. Although I have a problem with the booking because I booked the room through an online platform, the receptionist is very helpful and fixed the problem in no time. So I would say that the services are good. My favorite part about this hotel is the dining room, they have a variety of food organized for the breakfast buffet and a lot of Japanese-style food such as sushi or ramen for dinner. Overall, I highly recommend visiting here if you travel to Sriracha
