A good place for family who has little kids. A variety of good facilities, nice and friendly staff. I am so impressed.

This is my 2nd time of my family trip to Balcony. My daughter is 2 years old and she could enjoy the mini Harbor Land all day long with worry free and free of charge. The swimming pool and gym is also free. During COVID-19, I'm afraid of enjoying the onsen, but I've seen lots of people went there while waiting for their children playing at the swimming pool.
It's quite crowded though it's not a holiday. Definitely going there every year as a family trip.

Highly recommend for family with kids. Habour Land entrance is free for guest. Free snack and coffee lounge. Have EV charging.

We have stayed here three times now, and had an excellent experience each time. Highly recommended for families with young kids, due to the mini Harborland, pool with water slide, nice playground, sandbox, kids room with supplies for coloring, and small game room with air hockey and foosball. For parents, the Japanese onsen is a wonderful place to relax, and there are small private rooms for working and meetings. The food is well above average, as well, especially the breakfast buffet. Staff are numerous and pleasant. We really like the rooms also, which are nicely maintained and have kitchens, couches, and nice Japanese style toilets. Really looking forward to coming back!
