I am pleased with the service. Doctors are highly efficient. However, communication with nurses and staff are so difficult.

Warning! DO NOT drive there if you can help it! Parking situation is really extremely horrible. Save your day and take a taxi. Also many of the patient wards are called something else... On the map it says building D... Where you can take the sky walk... Go straight to information and ask for a map to show you exactly where you need to go. Not much English speakers or signs around. So don't be shy to ask!

Came here to treat my wife for the burning fever an cough she caught two day after arriving in bangkok at 7am this morning..she could barely keep her head up right or even walk so we went to the emergency and its been four hours now she still hasn’t recieved any consultation or treatment of any sort. No body speaks even a bit of english, they just keep pointing you in one direction after another, after four hours they say there is .. and just while I was writing this my wife fainted coz they kept sending us here and there instead of any treatment.. she is in a stretcher now, she hasnt eaten anything and nor are they giving anything to hydrate her.: and her condition is getting worse.. I have seen street animals in third world country being taken care of much better than humans here.. I have never felt more helpless in my life.. After 6 hours all they managed to do was take xray and we eventually left just like that!!

Horrible experience! Staff were clueless and kept sending me to different departments! And they lacked communication as I had to keep explaining why I was there.
Also takes 2 months to wait to see a specialist.
