Clean rooms with great location. From 3pm onwards, there is a whole row of food stalls where you can grab a bite or sit and have a meal. The pool is small but well maintained with deck lounge chairs. Great for taxis and private hire cars to pick up passengers easily from the lobby. Sheltered overhead pedestrian walkway to Big C, Centraworld and The Market.

4D3N booking.

First day. Checking in. With no Q as our timing reached at off peak timing. The receptionist work very slow and not efficiently at all. Check in for 2 Room. 1 King and 1 Twin. But take about 30-35min just to check in 2 room.

We only visited one room as we rushing out and didn’t check on the Twin room.

Night time going back twin room.
Realise it’s only one bed (king) and it’s not what we booked. So ended up we have 2 kings room instead of 1 King and 1 Twin. This is so wrong.

Requested for same floor. But didn’t got it as well.

Day 3. Our access key card can’t be use.
We couldn’t go in our room. Went to lobby. Waited another 20min just to activate the access card. Ask receptionist upon reaching, (maybe activate card no need to Q) but… were ask to Q and wait. This is so bad.

I never had so bad experience with them before. All along was good.

I ask for feedback form but no feedback form and ask me to write review.

This will be my last visit to them. I will never book Their hotel again. Never again.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights at this hotel in July 2022. Our room had a big, comfortable bed with nice pillows. The kids had a bunk bed in the same room. They even put some cute plushies in the room for the kids to enjoy. We were on the 22nd floor and it was very quiet. We slept well each night. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower with a big shower head. There was plenty of hot water. The room was kept very clean by the kind maid who we saw each day. We did not prepay for breakfast as those things are often hit and miss, however we tried their buffet on the first morning of our visit and found the food to be good. The price we paid was 350 baht per adults. Kids were free. We ended up eating breakfast there each morning as we did not find anything better. I’d say it was worth the price. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. One bit of confusion was the email they sent me said I had paid for the visit in advance and nothing was due at the hotel. I was charged for the full bill at checkout. I checked my credit card and no previous charge had been made for the hotel so I don’t think I was double charged. It was just some sort of confusion. Just check your card to make sure for yourself. One tip I would suggest if you need laundry done is to not use the hotel laundry service as it is it way overpriced. I asked the front desk about alternatives and they suggested the place they send all the laundry to (Finish Laundry). While I had to delivery my own laundry it was well worth it as they only charged 10 Baht per piece and did a good job. The pool is a bit on the small side, but the water was cool and will give you a break from the heat. I have no complaints about this hotel. I would stay again and I would recommend it to others. My wife loved the easy access to the Platinum Fashion Mall. Good for families staying in the area. Quiet and peaceful in an otherwise busy area.

The room was small , and no capacity of storage of the stuffs that I bought.

Checked in the queue was long and checked out also same. The receptionist work slow and not efficiently at all.

The receptionist speak was rude and no polite at all.

For shopping , this hotel was great , but for service I’m sorry , I won’t recommend to stay here since here is Bangkok , cab not expensive at all, can stay others hotel with great and good service

Had booked via MMT for two nights..check in 1st Aug 2022 check out 3rd Aug.
Not happy about the Check in time which is 2pm n they do not allow early check in at all. I was given a room at 2:35pm after having reached hotel at 7:45am. They have to be flexible in allowing early check in..
Rooms are average (I was booked on a deluxe category room), hardly any difference between Premiere n Deluxe..
Basic amenities in room placed only after being requested.
Breakfast also very average.
Only advantage is- it had direct access to platinum shopping mall and also few other shopping areas too.

Great location as it is right beside Platinum mall, and there is also a link bridge to Central World right in front of the hotel.

Check in took quite a bit of time. The room was cosy and the breakfast selection was good. I will stay here again because of the great location.

Was asked to wait for several hours for a king-sized bed room when we checked in at 4 pm. The loud speaker at the pool was not working properly, and when I asked them to turn it off while I was waiting for my room, they couldn’t accommodate or just didn’t want to. The delay was compensated with complimentary breakfast for my partner and me. When I politely asked them to clean my room when we were walking around in the city for 2 hours. We came back, and the room was not cleaned. Fantastic hotel, but poor service. Leaning towards not recommending this hotel. Update: the concierge was also dismissive and would rather serve customers behind me.
