All shop in lobby closed, no aircon in lobby, all hotel restaurants closed. Breakfast served as a packet of bread and butter outside the room door. Rooms are old.

Having stayed here before service is very poor, no in hotel resturant/bar, breakfast was horrible even tho delivered to your room everyday no choice whatso ever. Not again????

Worst place I stayed in a hotel so far.
I was in there for quarantine for 7 days and trust me for me was like living in a jail.
1. they had a very odd timing to serve their meals and if you ask them to serve they won't change it as per your convenience.
2. It charge you 80 baht of you're not added on their line app, the receptionist are greedy and trick you to charge more but if you order anything from outside they charge you service fee it doesn't matter if you ask them to buy or deliver it to hotel. from hotel reception to room 50 bath service fee.
3. they won't give you new cutlery, you have to was it in bathroom as per their suggestions.
4. won't give you new towel.

Overall: the worst living experience. would not recommend to anyone.

No bar, no restuarant, breakfast is well below standard. Having stayed here before this place has gone to the pack

Pretty decent room but everything seems to be closed and god, the breakfast was terrible, in fact it would be better if they didn’t even offer, the location is the only thing here..

Nothing works. Nothing open. Terible breakfast - cold, served in room in cheap container. Not as advertised at all. Will not recommend to anyone.
