The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We thought the room was excellent. There is a huge mall connected to the hotel for shopping. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The bed was supremely comfortable for me. I was always greeted with smiles. I had a very enjoyable stay with my family.

Room with no window but everything was really clean. Toilet and bathrooms are on lower floor then rooms (3rd floor). Room was on 4th floor. Stairs only. Very narrow stairs what makes a lot of difficulties when going with big and heavy suitcases. "Boss" was surprised when asked about breakfast that was paid with room by Booking. Girl that gave us keys to room was very nice. In the end we got breakfast with wishes of good flight. Hostel is well situated near of Platinum Mall. Bathrooms are in poor condition, but had no problems with water and hot water. Matress of bed was hard- it's true, but we slept really well, so it's no problem. Anyway, this place has got potential to be better! Of course all is compensated by really low price, so it depends on you- you want it cheap or comfortable.

Fairly cheap, but this is reflected in the quality of the hostel. No free breakfast as advertised. Good Wi-Fi, and our bed was super comfy. The walls were super thin too, but this didn't really stop us from sleeping. Air con was good too.

Room's inside no tissue. One of bathroom's door can't closed,feels not comfortable.
In the room can hear sound of transportation passing, was very noisy. But, i like the service with the one of receptionist madam, she is very friendly and help me to bring the luggage from upstairs,and help to call the driver when we're waiting.

You get your moneys worth here. The room was up to our standard. Hotel strategically located with easy access to train. The bathroom area was very nice. Any questions we had were answered in a very pleasant ***ner. The staff were also very helpful and probably the most friendly people. Highly recommend staying here.

After a long day of travelling, try out their massage services! I stayed there for 3 nights and had the best time of my life! Yhe reputation is quite there and people still keep coming at their Ground floor massage place. Definitely the closest hostel to the famous Platinum Fashion Mall.

This was my wife and I's first time there. We would definitely recommend staying at this hostel. I was really very happy with the location. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. At the meantime, near shopping center and the market.
