Hotel location is great.
Breakfast has verious options.
Rooms are good but not at all 100%clean.
Staffs are good.there is a market just outside the hotel.
Many food option is available in nearby restaurants. Swimming pool is clean.

Service is very worst. We keep calling them for fixing heater and AC issues but they never turned up. We literally need to shout on them to get this fixed. Complementary breakfast is really good.

great location, good food, excelent room cleaning (after asking), extreamly poor check in service thay had us waiting for ory 3 rooms for over 1 hour.....this was booked ahead of schedule....why were the rooms not ready....
huge rooms but its in a desperate jeed of an overhaul...the only thing that stops my return was the extreamly slow check in

After the pandemic period hotel must renovate and upgrade the room. For us the hotel situated in very convenient area and also for Myanmar business and tour travelers.

Not good. Hot water geyser not working in the bathroom.Wifi not working.
Spacious rooms but not at all clean.

This hotel is situated in the Heart of Prathunam centre for shopping in Bangkok. Very convenient location everything is close by
