I wanted to rate them 4.5 stars but no option for it. I couldn’t do 4 stars either because it wouldn’t do them justice.

Everything was just splendid! The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were nice, the lobby is huge and the location is excellent being walking distance to 4 shopping malls.

The only blemish I would say are the elevators, although the 5 elevators are high end and comfortable, it’s a smart elevator. It’s a breeze to use when there are a few people but during times of crowd it becomes almost impossible to get the elevator because one cannot call them individually. So if you go late for your breakfast, rest assured there are many more guests just like you. Everyone wants to access the elevator and it just isn’t smart anymore.

Great location. Excellent property to stay at. Courteous staff. Amazing restaurant and good food. Nearby markets are outside the hotel to soothe thd midnight cravings. Couple of 7/11 outlets are right on the vicinity of the hotel itself which makes it very convenient.
Ambience - 10/10
Value for money - 9/10
Food-10 /10
If you are visiting Bangkok, then make sure you stay at this very property.

Excellent stay
1 located in the heart of the city
2 walking distance to leading malls
3 amazing breakfast spread including great Indian food options
4 excellent service. We checked in at 11 at night. There were some issues with the air conditioning. The electritions were sent within no time and the problem was taken care of.
5 staff is so warm and welcoming. From the moment you enter they are at your service.

Deeply disappointed by the response from Sasiprapa. This shows she did not even read the entire review and gave an automated response. Please re-read:
We stayed here last weekend. First impression was very good as we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. We checked in and got our hotel cards and happily went up to our floor but both the hotel cards did not work despite repeated attempts. So we had to go back down to the reception to clarify the matter, which the staff tried activating the hotel cards again before giving us back the cards. After that we went back up but unfortunately the cards still did not work. At this point of time we were slightly annoyed and had no choice but to get back down to see the staff. The staff decided to give us new cards and assured us it was working. Guess what? The cards still did not work!! I was irritated at this point already, Luckily there was a cleaner then who helped us open the door with her master card so we entered the room and I called the reception to clarify the matter again. The staff told us that they will send someone to fix the door so we went out to eat first as we were already angry and hungry! After we came back, I went to the reception to collect the new cards but this time the cards did NOT even work on the elevator... So went back to the reception AGAIN, and the staff tried to activate the card AGAIN. We managed to enter the lift BUT still NO LUCK with the hotel door.... My wife was already super frustrated. So I went back down again for the FIFTH time and got the staff to go up with us to settle the issue. Finally the cards worked on the 6TH TIME! To be very honest, the room was nice but the incident made it a bad experience for us. The staff were not even apologetic to us at all over this incident. Imagine having to go up and down the lift 5 - 6 times to the highest floor just makes it a bad experience..

Excellent location for shoppers, situated right across Platinum Wholesale fashion mall u0026 walking distance to shopping malls. Besides this, the hotel provides excellent hospitality with a luxurious breakfast buffet. Great room, spa facilities u0026 I suggest to go for their package that offers 3 free additional benefits, its worth it. Special thanks to Noo Dang who served during dinner buffet, the receptionist u0026 the restaurant managers - excellent customer service.

A very good hotel with extremely helpful staff.

Please note that during busy hours the wait times for elevators and any staff related task (house keeping, in-room dining etc) can be very long. It's more an effect of the country coming out of the lock downs than any fault of the team or management. But patience is key.

Positive:
Location is good (near all the big shopping centers), rooms are clean and nice although showers are rather small. Excellent food.

Negative:
Waiting ~5 minutes for elevator!!! Also, smokers has no sits, I had to smoke at the lower lobby and stand because security doesn't allow sitting on the stairs or near the ashtrays
