Little gem in Bangkok. We had a lovely room. Service was exceptional. All staff friendly and helpful. Pity they had a storm just before we arrived. Wrecked a building and pool was closed. Breakfast was great though there was a small error on our last morning. The flames went out and the food was cold. No server in sight so had to eat cold. Later I was offer a coffee to make up for the problem.

Amazing experience.
Its this small paradise hidden in plain sight. Beautiful, pool os great for relaxing.
Breakfast you have a good amount of variety and everything looks fresh .
Rooms are good, could be a bit larger but unless you plan on staying a lot of time in it is more than enough.
Their spa is out of this world.
Staff is absolutely amazing. We asked to leave out bags in the Last day with no problem or extra charging. When we needed a cab directions or some help everyone was super nice and helpful.
Close to perfection.
Keep in mind they don't serve alcohol but in no shape or form ir diminishes the experience

I visited for 4 days. The advantage of this hotel is 1. It is located in the royal palace area, so you can stay in a historical place. There are several kingdoms within walking distance. The historic building is well maintained.

2. This is a small boutique hotel. The garden is beautiful and great for quiet relaxation.

3. Food is good. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Omelette service was good. Try Thai cuisine for lunch or dinner. This is a very high quality Thai cuisine.

4. The staff are friendly. It's impressive to see young staff working hard in an old hotel. Arrived at 2 am, but the glasses-wearing female staff named Nuwe(?) greeted me very kindly. A female employee named Game can communicate in Korean. It seems to be helpful for Koreans. A very friendly hotelier. It was a pleasure to see the friendly staff entering and leaving the hotel.

Disadvantages 1. Because it is an old building, the auxiliary facilities are not convenient. The swimming pool is small. There is no elevator. Personally, it was a three-story building, so it wasn't a big problem.

2. The water pressure is low and the water temperature control is a little inconvenient.

3. The room on the outskirts is noisy in the morning when commuting. Personally, I woke up early and traveled so it wasn't a problem. It seems that you can rest quietly if you choose a room that is on the inside rather than the outside.

I have been to Bangkok several times, and I have also visited several five-star hotels affiliated with Accor and Hilton. Rawikanlaya Hotel is small and old, but it is a beautiful hotel that preserves the beautiful Thai tradition. Most of all, the friendly staff and delicious food will definitely come back again. It would be better if you know the details of the hotel and visit. I was personally satisfied.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are ok. Reasonably priced as it's centrally loacted. Beautiful garden but no view from room and small windows. Restaurant is good. Airport transfer not recommended as it's about 5 times more than a normal cab.

I had the no window room. Nice Hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast but a little limited. clean but tight room. The toilet needs more lightening. Tight parking. No elevators. Metal room keys. good for short stays. I would suggest increasing the lightening especially in the No window rooms!

Happened to attend a seminar at this place. They have a huge dining hall and nice open garden. Didn’t get a chance to take more pics. Food is so authentic. Next to main road so easy accessible, traffic is more though.
