The location of the hotel is great. We had a river view room which was nice except for the excessive whistling that comes with the boats entering and leaving the busy dock directly in front of the hotel. This started early in the morning and woke me up. The rooms are nice, clean, and well air conditioned! The rooftop pool was a nice place to cool off after a long hot day in Bangkok...could use some more lounge chairs though. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

Large, clean, comfortable twin room with small balcony, we could just see the river. The roof top pool is excellent and the main reason we booked this hotel. Location is great, not far from Khao San Road and way less hectic but still within walking distance. Lots of excellent places to eat nearby.
Breakfast was a disappointment and I would highly recommend Navalai introduce an egg station so guests can have something hot and freshly prepared.
Staff struggle with English.

Location is perfect. Close to the ferry, historic sites and must see spots. The rooms are clean but in need of an update. The employees very friendly. The restaurant is expensive and the add a service charge. That is not OK. No tipping needed because of that... I think. And at the pool guest take "ownership" of sunbed by leaving their towels on them. This is very annoying

Decent but basic hotel. Not the luxury, award winning place it sells itself as, but TV, bed and shower we're all OK, but just a bland and dated hotel that works in most of the ways you want from a hotel, except the door key which took about 15 goes to open the door. Good location and friendly staff.

Stayed three nights on way to South Thailand. Lovely rooms, friendly helpful staff. Great location for Khaosan Road which is easy walking distance. A real benefit is fronting the river at Pier 13. We used the river to access all areas of the city using the public boats which were very reasonable. Breakfast buffet was good but not always warm and some items were not replaced when used. There is roof top pool which we didn't use but when we looked was quiet and seemed ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay which was excellent value for money and would recommend.

Clean, well organized and comfortable hotel close to khoasan road and on the river. Great access for other places(boat pier right out the front) but being close enough to the night action without all the noise. Lovely swimming pool and bar u0026 restaurant on the roof. Breakfast at the riverside restaurant is good, you also get 20% discount if you dine at their riverside restaurant at any other time. The food is amazing with flavours that make you return time and time again.

Very comfortable small hotel. Slightly fading inside but made up for by the lovely staff and nice rooftop pool. Location is bustling and close to lots of Bangkok sights. Unfortunately this does mean that you get a fair bit of noise from the local nightlife, but it's Bangkok so what do you expect?
