Front desk staff was very nice. I booked a single room with a fan and shared bath for 2 weeks. Since I was staying for such a long time, the staff upgraded my room for free to a single room with AC and private bath. They have a 4 choices of breakfast to choose from so you won't get tired of the food easily. It's so convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs and a 7/11 next door. The place does have a smell when it rains tho.

Have stayed here several times whilst transiting through Bangkok.

A mix of dorms and private rooms - whilst simple they had comfortable beds and were exceptionally clean.

On each occasion the staff were consistently excellent - very friendly and helpful, even stored my luggage for a week for free while I was down in the islands.

Would 100% recommend.

*did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on food. Coffee was decent.

Superb restaurant. Pizza is excellent, also a wide range of Lebanese and Thai food (try the red and green curries). Cocktails! Best of all it is very reasonably priced. Easily one of my favourite places in Bangkok for a relaxed dinner then a few drinks

In the middle of everything. Perfect location. We took a room without a bathroom in the room. Was still prefect for us because we were only there at night. No parking spots if you rent a scooter. Reception there 24/7. Super nice. Were able to store luggage. Welcome drinks were very thoughtful.

I’d give 2 stars because the place really is an hostel and it’s slightly misleading to be called Hotel.

However, if you are looking for an hostel here are my thoughts.

As any hostel the quality is limited, mattresses are either too hard or uncomfortable.

There’s no lift which makes it a bit of a hike to get to the 4th floor with backpacks.

The location I guess can be considered great from some, however be aware that there’s no isolation whatsoever in the windows so you will hear music and chattering until 2/2.30am.

They have good offers and pricing, a wide menu choice and the staff is very nice and friendly.

Not a bad place to stay. My individual room was nice and clean. However, the shared installations could be better and the lack of a lounge area just to seat and meet people is a pitty. Sure, you have a bar downstairs, but sometimes you just want to chill with other people not having a drink.

Great place to stay for its price and especially location.
The staff is really friendly, competent and mostly able to communicate in English. Our room was clean and felt comfortable, the Wifi was excellent and our air conditioning system worked properly. Additionally the room had its own locker. The only thing you might find a reason to complain about is the doors as you literally hear everything that's happening outside of it.
