Large rooms. The place is kept clean. staff friendly enough. Balcony really un useable. Has off street parking but you need to tell them in advance if you are going to use your car since the cars are parked like sardines by an attendant. No common sitting area.

Terrible stay.

We booked our room on air bnb.

First we got to our room, the air conditioning didn’t work at all. We had a staff member come and try to turn it on which they were were unable too, so they did switch us rooms (which was nice). There was water and in the fridge and multiple beers, there were 0 signs that anything costed many so assumed they were free and we drank 2 beers.

During check out she claimed that we had 4 and we owed her 200 baht, when there was no signal they costed any money. We had only drank 2, and I thought because we had to deal with no air conditioning in 35 degree heat for 8 hours that 2 beers would be forgot about.

Instead the owner proceeded to write a terrible review on Air bnb claiming we threw our beer cans off the balcony which was a complete lie, also claimed that we totally refused to pay for beers we drank (I offered to pay for the 2 we did).

Would not recommend this place to anybody.

clean ambiance. but expensive place when you book during the time of stay even if they have plenty of apartments empty. No breakfast and coffee services. they charge you for a bottle of water consumed from the fridge. (i thought it is a compliment for stay, seriously why would they place it ) haha No mercy

Decent place, mostly clean and comfortable beds (for Thai standards). Good location since it's away from the busy streets but still in u003c5min walking distance from Rambutri and Khao San. Good value for money (500b for aircon room).

For the price and location I has my concerns but its simple clean with friendly staff,nice ensuite, hot water, decent bed and chairs with a little balcony. Now they have a coat rack with hangers and a couple hooks on the wall. Great deal i think

Good enough place for it's price. No view from the window but the guys printed documents we needed without any charge when we checked out and brought bottles of water every day

Good location near Khaosan road. But kind of far from trains. Internet is around 2mbps but fastest in rooms near center of hallways. Rooms are relatively clean and well decorated. Some have desks and others do not.
