Stayed for two weeks over COVID so things might be a little different usually. But the staff and the owner were super helpful and friendly, rooms simple but probably the cleanest I've seen. Location is great as it's hidden from the street noise yet right off some of the a sightseeing spots and tons of amazing street food.

I think this is a nice location for sleeping in with a full view of the monument. I went there just to have some tea while waiting for friends. Looking from outside, I couldn't tell that they have an underground. I got to try just the snack and it was good. Their deep-fried veggie spring rolls were different from the normal spring rolls I had. They put tofu in it as well.

I visited a restaurant! It is very good! And very closely to my accommodation! Staff is very polite. Food is tasty. I recommend!

Small but nice single rooms - not ensuite. Traffic can be noisy outside but earplugs are provided. Lovely free breakfast included. It's quiet, socially. About 2 or 3 pins for the same hostel in Google Maps

From the first contact at the reception desk to entry into your room, everything was exceptional. Everything worked and it was very clean. BAAN DINSO 2 is right up there with larger groups. Friendly staff, amazing service was at the call of each day. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They're attention to detail was astounding. Wish I could stay longer.

Pros: Good location. 15 min-25 min walk to many temples, Khao San Road, and other sites. Quiet. Prompt room cleaning. AC only in room. Showers r steaming hot. Fan doesnt help much.

Con: Main receptionist is kind of rude. Cashiers dont speak English. Doors lock at a certain hour, but someone is always monitoring the door (you may have to wake him). TV n cable doesnt work.

Hostel is always empty. Never seen more than 12-15 ppl at a time and that was usually at lunch. Good place to stay if you need your own space.

Certainly one of the best places to stay in Bangkok. Right infront of the Democracy monument, and located strategically near major destinations of the city. The lively Khao Sun road is also just a stone's throw away. The staff is very courteous and ensures that you have a wonderful time. Ms. Puttima and Arnon are delightful to speak to! The hostel is beautiful and has private rooms with a wonderful view. The rooms and neat, clean and well kept. The breakfast is also quite delicious.In short, everything that you can ask for! Highly recommended!
