Stayed here three times in the last 8 months and every time has been wonderful. Location is very convenient. Staff is incredibly friendly. Room (and bed/pillows in particular) are super comfy. Pool area great (although a shame that new skyscraper is now blocking the sun in the afternoon, but the hotel can’t help it). Breakfast is top notch and I also dined at the Allium once which was yummy. The last time I stayed I had my cat with me, so pet friendly!!! And the staff were so great with her u003c3

I visited about five years ago and stayed in an executive room. I had all the breakfast in the club lounge, but there were not many kinds of food, but it was nice to have a quiet meal.
I drank martini in the lounge every evening and the manager of the lounge always kindly asked, 'How was your day?'.
The pool was quiet and nice, and overall the facilities were good.
However, when I checked out, I left my luggage and went sightseeing in the city, but there was a confusion with the staff in charge, so I had a hard time finding my luggage.
And the sidewalk from the subway station to the hotel is too narrow.
It was good that there were not many Korean tourists.

I never had the chance to stay here so this review is purely related to the customer service experience to a potential consumer.

I paid extra for a fully refundable room. My trip was canceled due to travel restrictions and for the past two months I have been trying to receive my refund. At first the costumer service office was helpful, but they have since disappeared and will provide no answers or basic communication. I am still waiting on my refund. I would expect more from anyone in the hospitality industry especially a Marriott.

Great location, lots of good food places within walking distance (5-20 min walk).

Service is top notch. They come around and give you water a few times a day.

The pool is nice although there's no jacuzzi.

Rooms are nice but standard for this type of hotel.

Beautiful Hotel. Super friendly staff. Great Breakfast (with a fresh fruit juice station where they will mix you any juice you wish).
Very large and beautiful Lounge with great snacks and drinks to offer. Pool area is very large and relaxing.

I have been a long-term guest at this hotel and can vouch for its high quality rooms, location, and food. But what really sets this hotel apart is the level of service. Staff take the time to learn your name, know your preferences, and treat you like a king or queen. I really don't want to leave and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Although the room was comfortable and for the most part immaculate, I found the service to be less than satisfactory, especially compared to what is to be expected from a Marriott. Although it is understandable that midday is a busy time, the lack of service during the check in process is completely unacceptable and left us quite disoriented; we were not even offered drinks. The piano should also either have a sign or is otherwise locked if it is not to be touched. Some parts of the room like the lamp and the shower floor were visibly dusty but did not majorly affect the general comfort of the room.

Don't let this review stop anyone from booking a room(s) at this hotel, it is a fantastic hotel and I believe I am just particularly unlucky.
