Andy is an excellent chef. He is super passionate about food and cooking clean food. His use of sound and centrifuge is a unique take on cooking. Every dish has several layers of flavor. Highly recommended

One of the best dining experiences in Bangkok. The depth of detail that has gone into the restaurant, from the tableware, the menu u0026 everything inbetween is truly amazing. Made more enjoyable by the knowledge, history and stories behind each dish.

Definitely worth trying and learn about how food can be cooked with sound. Only sits 16 so book. Chef Andy also is an interesting to chat to as well. It's a bit on the expensive side so prepare to pay.

It’s all about the people and food.. Refreshing experience, knowledge and care for what we should know about what we eat. But what I really enjoyed was the simple enjoyment of eating and in being part of a personal style. Chef Andy is someone who can really link the local to the big picture and bring you a night of amazing food, in a real context.

Table 38 is an overexpectation to me. All the foods are made from the scientific method which confuse me a lot. Ultrasonic and centrifuge are used to create a new taste of food. I would say that it is the new dimensions of taste and texture which you can not find at any restaurant. I am quite surprised that most of the food are not heated by fire. But that new energy make the food to the new level. I strongly recommend that this is the restaurant that you must come....before you die!!
