I'd like to give zero star to this store. The place was so dirty. Multiple stain on glass wall. In addition, staffs were unpolite and looked down on me as their customer especially Fah who amost shouted at me since I had pretty lots of questions. I will not recommend visiting this branch if you want to be happy.

Dirty water from Starbucks 2nd floor air conditioners dripped into my eyes and face on at least 5 different visits to Starbucks I'm Park. At the Starbucks I'm Park location, the second floor air conditioner by the second floor doors has not been cleaned for a very long time, and it is estimated that it has not been deep cleaned for 2 years or more. Every time customers exit the store, dirty water dripping from the uncleaned air conditioners splashes customers in the face. The dirty dripping water also gets into customers' eyes. This is nasty, unsanitary, and unhygenic, not to mention a serious health risk. These air conditioners need to be deep cleaned throughly at least twice a year. Customers expect a prominent corporation like Starbucks to have better cleaning policies for their air conditioners. This is unacceptable. Starbucks deletes the many customer comments about this to cover up their wrongdoing.
Starbucks is unethical by deleting and ignoring serious customer complaints. I've kept a record of Starbucks deleting and trying to cover up the fact that they don't clean their air conditioners at all. It is disgusting and unsanitary that Starbucks doesn't clean their air conditioners at all, having dirty water drip into my face and eyes and other customers' faces and eyes, and forcing customers to breathe in dirty, polluted air.

Starbucks inside trendy mall "I'm Park". It is famous for university student as it is close by. There are two floors where entrance on the lower, upper floor is usually more quiet. With the big glass door on the side, it offers a good view of Chula Centennial park. The parking is available at the I'm park parking building. This place usually not crowded like other Starbucks place.
