This is news project in chula area. Consist on jennie 911 fitness, yak fitness, singha fitness, some other martial art sport. Locker and shower room provided . Free of charge in this month Oct 2018 until further notice. Parking lot under shade.

Compact size community mall with limit parking space. The great things about this com mall is it's features lots of good restaurant from modern cafe, korean grill, to authentic mom and pop restaurant.
Other shops in the area are mostly sport brand and beauty clinic. Parking is quite expensive without a parking stamp.
