Stayed here last weekend 95% of all experiences are great. Staffs are really polite and you can feel they do have good service minds. Food are good. Only 5% I dont like is the parking lot it is quite difficult to park if you drive a huge car. Room is clean and have beautiful view.
Most impressive one is the staffs(front office and restaurant staffs). And also appreciate the room reservation team. You all make guest like us feel you all do care and want us to have a great memorable moment while spending time there. No wonder why this hotel have great reviews.

Location is excellent for shopping sight seeing, next door to the American Embassy u0026 near local parks.
Staff are friendly helpful u0026 professional the Oriental residences are elegant very clean u0026 well maintained superbly equipped for everything you may need fully equipped kitchen area ,lovely lounge ours was over looking beautiful gardens. The large bed was super comfy and the bathroom perfect with a large bath tub u0026 separate shower all the usual quality products for an outstanding property.
We can’t wait to stay again.

Being told that the room was not ready and need to wait for a late check-in by 30 mins but 2 hours after a usual check-in time. Got compensated by non-alcohol drinks and late checkout. Three bedrooms suite was OK but looked a bit old, dated, and not perfectly clean even for the late check-in. An in-room order also could take a while and telephone is not working for a night for some reason, report it to the staff and get it working in the morning before checking out. Some lock in the room was broken. Besides those points, everything is fine, cozy, comfortable room. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.

We always stay at the Oriental Residences. It was initially a Mandarin property but now Saffron. The standards are still exceptional. The suites are spacious, very clean with a huge bathroom u0026 a living room/ dining. It feels like home. The views are exceptional. The location is perfect u0026 central, whether you choose to walk or get a cab. The Cafe Claire has excellent service and good food.
The hotel staff is warm, efficient u0026 very courteous. Our favourite. Highly recommend.

Our stay was above expectations. Top services, top facilities, new innovations, top customer services , top cleaning and housekeeping services . One of the best neighborhoods in Bangkook, very close to US , Netherlands and UAE Embassies . Very close to Central Embassy mall which is one of the newest malls in Bangkook with very good brands and cafes . I highly recommend Oriented residence for all families . Definitely will come back again when visit Bangkook . I would like to thank all management , housekeeping and receptions team for exceptional stay
