Quiet good location and the centre is all in walking distance.

Unfortunately there is a very weird smell throughout the lobby and especially in the elevator.
When you exit the hotel all freshened up you feel like having another shower just right after using the elevator.

The staff can be friendly once you've connected with them but there is definitely room for improvement.

Laundry service is very very expensive and not recommended as it takes almost 24h to get your shirt back..

The rooms are not clean, the receptionist was rude at check-in and the breakfast was very limited. It is only toast, (very) salty butter, some tea and coffee and 2 different types of jelly. The room does not have shampoo, a hairdryer or a water boiler. The windows looked like they had not been cleaned for an entire year. Furthermore, the staff apparently does NOT clean the room for the duration of your stay. There were no notes left or information given as to how to get the room cleaned but I honestly was so disappointed in the hotel that I didn't even bother with it. There are plenty of hotels out there that you can get for the same price that are actually far better.

I only can give compliments to the young receptionist. Friendly.
There is not much quality in the rooms.

- The low price rooms have some issues with broken parts and the state of the rooms. I guess time for renovation is near.
- Normally is this an non smoking accommodation.
- Breakfast is basic.
. - Good location.
- don't loose that RFID card, or u need to pay for it

This hotel made my business trip in Bangkok a terrible experience with over 25 mosquitos bites on my body!
At first I thought it is not that bad like other reviews, but when I entered the room I immediately realized that I should have believed in other reviewers to avoid these horrid scenes.
I had almost 3 sleepless nights here. You can look at my photos and have your own perspective about the hotel. Old and yellow stained towels, broken bath rack without being replaced, after I told the receptionist about mosquitos, they said they would spray the room but after a workday I returned to my room to see countless mosquitoes flying everywhere!
I will stay away from this hotel by any means at any cost!

Rooms are totally different from what the pictures show. Unfriendly staff, receptionist was rude. The rooms were dirty to begin with and the housekeepers didnt clean the rooms for the entire duration of our stay (2 days). Rooms didnt offer any shampoo or even a waterboiler. There was no safetybox as well. Usually even the cheapest hotels have instant coffee in little bags and mugs for them- but this hotel didnt.

You will find the most rude staffs In the entire bangok here..They will treat us like we are the most unwanted people in that hotel. They will give service based on the ethnicity. If it was westerners they will give the best services possible. Rooms are worst ,damaged ,dont have hook for bathroom doors,no kettles in room,full mosquitoes. We had a very unpleasant stay.breakfast is just bread jam and butter. Never ever go

There are lots kf negative review about thay property but as per my experience Hotel is fine by its price. Its not far and not near. Its in the middle almost. U can easily get to the center by 10 to 15 mins walk. Breakfast is ok not wonderful but acceptable. Rooms are bigger as compared to other by this price. Staff is nice and very cooperative. If you need some shower gel or shampoo you have to get downstairs to the reception to get it, Don't know why they didn't put it in the first place.
