One of female ER doctor has the worst attitude i've ever experienced. Was shouting in my face threatened to get me arrested (for what i don't even know, still confused to this day and looking for a valid reason). Called to complaint and to told them what happened and it was a week ago, until i haven't heard from them. And this hospital supposed to be one of the high ranking hospital in Thailand. But in reality it's a disappointment.

They saved my life. Only downside is that you are not permitted to sleep, as they will check your blood pressure every 2 hours. They don’t seem to have access to email, every procedure is like the 19th century. But once checked in for surgery, everything changes and becomes very professional. Everything is state of the art. They are still my heroes.
The ‘Thailand style’ when seeing doctors , but western state of the art, once admitted. Thank you so much for everything!

Emergency care department is ok. But the other departments are horribly confusing, wasting lots of time running around for nothing. Waiting in long lines just to be told to go another department. Poor information in English. Extreme inefficiency and lack of basic consultation.

Incompetence and rude staff in abundance Patient care an absolute zero. No command of English Just hope they treat locals better than us foreign aliens. Just a disgrace.

Good hospital. Hard to get a cue tho. Parking near impossible. Long wait due to high demand. Good facilities. Affordable for quality. Got my transplant here and it saved my life.

Only few spaces for car parking not enough for multiple departments/clinics that cover big area.
I had to take several rounds in the parking lot then finally parked at Samyan Mitrtown

Very friendly nurses and doctor in the menopausal clinic. But haven't got the chance to do blood test because they close at 3pm. There is a free shuttle bus that transport you from menopausal clinic to the 'Po po roh' building.
