My wife was a patient there. During the time we did the IVF w them, they responded quite well to us. Once the process was passed and it was not successful. He asked for a medical report which took them ages to send to us and missing some important document also. We are still chasing for it now. Too many chinese. The place isn’t that clean. We paid top dollar but gained so so service.
