Very nice and convenient to the embassies. Had a great 3 days there. Staff was excellent overall. The food from the restaurant Char was awesome and the rooftop bar is a great place to end the day and look at the lights of Bangkok. Apple served us and did an excellent job. Quentin the manager seemed to always be there, from breakfast to the end of the night, making sure things were going well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Exquisite boutique hotel in the center of Bangkok. The service is great and even though it is not the best rated hotel, we were amazed!

The rooms are not very big, but have the basic you need, and the decoration is great! The whole hotel has an unique aura that illuminates your day! Plus, the swimming pool has great views!

If you are looking for a hotel with good quality and fair price, do not hesitate! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay - particularly the friendly crews at the front desk and lobby - Always in smiles and ready to assist. The room was great with the balcony and large size windows to enjoy the wonderful city skyline. The good size sofa and table were very useful for eating in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we looked forward to returning to the room after a whole day out.

Try asking for a room away from the service lift if you like sleeping in after 7am. The noise outside my unit woke me up every morning.

There was no staffs around when we went to the pool/jacuzzi - another gorgeous feature in the hotel and hopefully when tourism pick up will be manned for drinks order.

I also like that the corridors were of natural air circulation - thats conserves energy! I forward to coming back for the next stay!

Our family stayed at Hotel Indigo Bangkok the days leading up to our wedding. It was two years delayed and well worth the wait! The staff was excellent, attentive, and very intentional. The views from the room, pool, and bar were one of kind. We loved our entire stay and would visit again. We can highly recommend!

I spent a lot of time searching the ideal hotel in Bangkok with the best views, rooftop pool, gym and rooftop bar. Indigo has them all.
While the style of the rooms is not our taste it was absolutely fine and not disturbing at all. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and even upgraded - we got a huge suite! It was very convenient and relatively quiet, a slight traffic noise is visible but we heard nothing from the neighbouring rooms.
All I can say the infinity pool is one of the best in Bangkok, not very big but absoulutely fine and the view is unbeatable! The gym is on the same floor, also with views. The rooftop bar was not crowded fortunately and we could enjoy the night scenery of the city.
Tip: request a room with city view high floor for the best experience!

I come to Bangkok for visit to Usa embassy, and stay this hotel for locations. 5 min walk. Great experience staying in this hotel. I took town room, on 18 floor and have amazing view every time. Day, night, the morning I enjoy the view windows, and I want to stay in the room all day???? good room service, I ordered dinner, very fast and delicious. I need to check out two hours later, and the hotel give it to me (I did not pay ) cozy pool on the roof 24 floors, and a bar on 26. the best Viewpoint for meeting sunset. What I did every day )))) train station to Bangkok airport (10 min taxi) and 25 min and you at the airport. Very fast and cheap))) I recommend this hotel, Don't even think

Staying for two nights, on May 2022. Charming brand-new hotel in Bangkok, it's unique because each floor they have open area. I think that is part of smart Eco-friendly, so the air still can have circulated at the corridor area. From the rooms, itself has unique and modern minimalist interior, bed pleasant, the bathroom cleans. Something that I like too, they have the balcony. Wanna comeback staying there in the future. Almost forget, the service was great too. ????
