Burger King - MBK Ground Floor

At first, I was a bit annoyed because a pair of Arabs in front took so long to decide what to order and there was only one staff at the counter. Then I was more annoyed when the staff told me the order would take at least about 10 minutes.
My order came and I was upset that the milkshake came with soda straw, not a bigger one as usual. But the Angus XT was great and French fries were freshly made, so I enjoyed a great meal.
A little later, the counter staff saw me struggling with the milkshake and came to my table to offer a small plastic spoon with an apology that the shop ran out of the proper straw.
For me, this was a good service-minded staff.

Seriously... In shop only 2 *TWO* customer... And yet the staff can give me wrong one... I just don't get it~
Can remind staff do their job instead chit chating or playing around? Total disappointed... Felt like scammed~
My fault also didn't check, didn't expect this level of intelligence from burger king staff~

Well designed Burger King, very clean inside with plenty of comfortable seating. You can order your food through the two computerized self order units or at the register. The service was good but poor English. Food came out right a way. Fast food the way it should be.

Give it a try and ... Have it your way. :)

Great coffee, tasty desserts. Great to escape from the hustle bustle shoppers at MBK. Also great place to wait for your electronics to be serviced, since it it on the same floor.

Nice ambiance, good comfortable seats, coffe was OK, seamed water down, or something was off with my Latte. The place is very classy and well kept.

Burger King overseas is always yum. The best being the triple or double Whopper with double bacon and double cheese. Is my fav.

Pretty busy BK outlet in MBK. Indoor u0026 outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Bit pricey. We tried their special Angus XT Steakhouse. Huge tender patty with bacon u0026 bbq sauce. Really nice burger. Very filling. Good spot for a quick meal.
