Good bbq buffet with lots of menu options

Both my partner and I came out with a three-day rigorous diarrhea after having this buffet. I can confirm that because it was our only meal of the day and oh man, during those three days we really tried to play detective on what exactly caused the symptoms. We ate many different things but only three menu we had in common were pork slides, beef slides and salmon.
So... yeah. We are guessing it is one of those three.

As for the experience while having the buffet itself:
Just like any other ones out there, it felt great.
