A rambling series of buildings set in a large treed area. Everything is looking pretty tired except for a new building that is in the final stages of being constructed. As always the emphasis is on new construction rather than any sort of maintenance on existing structures, which quickly fall into disrepair. It's a shame as this wat could be something special because of its location inside the ringroad in prime real estate with easy access for the people of Udon Thani. Worth a visit if in the area but not a special trip.
