Very nice boutique hotel, I've had friends recommend this hotel before. Now I know why, very nice room, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Used the gym that overlooks the pool area. Pool area is very nice with plenty of shade. Great location few min walk to the big Central plaza shopping mall, UD town night market is a short walk away and many bars are on the same street if you want to have a night out. I will definitely come back to stay here ????????????

Dirty hotel and older. I was surprised when I found The Pannarai to be dirty. Especially around the pool area. Many dirty towels , dirty dishes and vegetation floating in the pool
When I would go for a swim I would never see staff coming around cleaning or asking if I wanted to order food or a drink. This isn’t good business
The rooms were okay and much cleaner then the common spaces. The bed was comfortable and okay linens.
The parking was secure and adequate.
The location was good as well.
There are many hotels in this area for 700 baht just as nice with out pools.

Room was very nice and the staff friendly. The internet did not work on all devices. It worked on my phone but not my wife's phone or my laptop. They had no I.T. people to help. We both bought sim cards for our phones and I shared mine with my laptop.

Very nice stay in this hotel.
The room was very big and the bed was very comfertable.
The staff were good and have good local knowlage.
The hotel is very well located its close to the railway station and the night food market.
I would stay here again.

Very nice, for the price this hotel standard is high. clean, nice room, and a large swimming pool.

Great place to stay. Large comfortable rooms. Swimming pool and restaurant were very nice. The staff went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Udon

Very nice friendly staff, good location. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast is fantastic. No complaints. First class.
