The latte was so-so, and capucino was horrible. A new and clean building with free WiFi and Aircon, although not many tables inside, esp. if you want to bring a computer or study... strange, since their land is quite big, but they seem to have made the shop rather small. Staff are okay, but kept playing extremely loud and annoying party music until I asked them to turn it down and they changed the music thankfully. They also tried to kick us out 15 minutes before closing time. Ultimately poor tasting drinks that are overpriced and a weird vibe... it felt awkward and unwelcoming.
