I've had an apartment for more than 4years. My apartment has an ethernet cable, AC, and a hot shower. Laundry service and cleaning services are available. I enjoy eating at the Kinaree restaurant in the same building. I can park my motorcycle near my door. The owners are easy to deal with and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Two years later l'm still living at Lertprssert House. The management has been taken over by the younger generation. Things are okay but I miss the original managers.
It's still remarkably convenient and comfortable

This is a guesthouse and restaurant run by Ey, English speaking easy going lady. I liked her when she made a deal for the room of her guest house. First she thought I was there for the food but found out I needed a room. She offered a very huge apartment on the 1st floor. Very clean with kitchen and a big fridge, totally good for at least 3 people (around 60 sqm) for the price of a bed in other guesthouses!!! Amazing! no? I absolutely recommend this place and restaurant. Almost forgot: 2 Free pools standing there for you! Have fun!

This is a good place to stay short term or long-term rates. The staff are very accomdating. The Menu is Western and Thai. if you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle this is the place. Easy taxi or Grab to Airport and Central Mall.

도시외곽 한적한 지역이라 게스트하우스도 여행자 사랑방이 되는것 같네요.
서양인 노인들이 많이 있고, 현지 젊은친구들이 많네요
가까운데 식사하기에 적당한곳이라 자주 오는 편인데
식사하면서 그들이 노는걸 구경하는것도 조금 은 괜찮고....
