Positive: Rooms spacious and spotless. Staff fantastic - friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. Lots of parking spaces and close to main road but no problem with traffic noise. Easy to find and free airport shuttle.. Negative: No swimming pool. No safety deposit in room..

I am not sure why the rating is so high. The hotel tried hard to look like a fancy place with its silver, gold and "marble look" finishes but spent all the money in the wrong place. The bed was comfi but the rest will deteriorate quickly. Service was non-existent and although we only stayed to sleep we did meet a few people. Housekeeping wasn't good enough and in the morning no one, and I mean no one, said good morning. Not the housekeeping manager who met us on the floor, not the receptionist, and not even the restaurant staff at the restaurant. The price of 980 is justified but it's sad to see so much money spent and not being able to charge more due to these very basics of hospitality. My assumption u003d family run

Positive: Good value for money. Large clean room with comfy bed.. Negative: No swimming pool. Not really in center of town but if you have a car no real problem..

Very new with a very nice restraunt/cafe. Its on the ring road so you won't be able to access UD town or Central Plaza Mall without transportation. Rates start around 1000 baht with breakfast. Modern comfortable rooms. No balcony. Great air and LED flat screen tvs.u003cbr/u003eIm sure there are promotions but couldn't access there web sight. u003cbr/u003eNO pool and no balconies is a no go for me but otherwise very nice hotel, in fact its spotlessly clean!

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient as professional staff. Excellent breakfast included in price. Very good value. Negative: No complaints.

Positive: Location was convenient for visiting attractions.. Negative: WiFi was intermittent. Hotel charge for extra pillows, outrageous. Breakfast was average..
