This hotel and staff deserve the highest of praise. It's well-appointed, spotless and a great location.
The staff are efficient, welcoming and very courteous.
No hesitation in recommending.

Can't fault this hotel.
It's brand-new, spotless, centrally located, with very polite staff.
Ample free parking u0026 good breakfast.
Disabled parking space with wheelchair access.
Good air con (Daikin).
TV with premium channels.
Good swimming pool.
The beds u0026 linen are exceptional for a none 5 star hotel.

UPDATE:
Unfortunately this hotel has been closed for the last couple of years.
It's a crying shame that it's been a victim of circumstances, with regards the pandemic.

Since the hotel was nice, clean and well located, incl. a good breakfast, it already deserve a very good rating. Also the personell incl. the owner was very kind, flexible and professionell in the service. Thank you very much and we hope to come back again.

The banbua Grand hotel is a fairly new hotel. The rooms are sufficiently large. I booked a room with a queen bed but I got a room where they pushed together two single beds to make it into a large bed. This doesn't makes it very comfortable for sleeping. The hotel wifi is very slow and it disconnects your device constantly even when using it. They have a very small swimming pool which is nice to cool down on a hot day.

Very clean and new hotel. The breakfast is brilliant. The staff is incredibly friendly. The only small drawback- a mini-bar price list appears the next day????
