Food was fresh and good, but it was more pricey than I had expected. Service was good and prompt as well. I think part of the extra costs went to a redundant food delivery robot.

Due to Covid the hotel has very little business. The premises are quite aged but kept in good condition. Rooms are mostly renovated. The Bar is a great place to meet and has live music. The restaurant has good food at affordable prices. The Centara Grand with it's long tradition is still the no.1 hotel to stay at in Udon Thani.
